1. Ownership of Content
All materials on the CHERD Platform, including but not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, UI components, codebases, text, and logos are owned by or licensed to CHERD. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or copying of any content is strictly prohibited.
2. Creator Visual Designs
All designer visual designs and graphics uploaded by creators remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. CHERD does not claim copyright ownership of these individual visual assets. Under the Creator Agreement, designers grant CHERD a non-exclusive license to manufacture, distribute, print, and advertise apparel incorporating these visual designs.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringements
CHERD respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify our legal team by sending a detailed request to:
